PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROGRAMME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAMME.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the ATH VODKA® Rewards programme which in the United Kingdom is operated by Reset Drinks Ltd  (collectively, “ATH Vodka®”) (“ATH Vodka® Rewards”). These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with ATH Vodka® for products, services or otherwise. ATH Vodka® reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate ATH Vodka® Rewards and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to ATH Vodka® Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.ATHVodka.co.uk and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in ATH Vodka® Rewards will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to ATH VODKA® Rewards. ABOUT ATH VODKA® REWARDS

ATH Vodka® Rewards is one way in which ATH Vodka® endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronising our business and purchasing ATH Vodka® products. ATH VODKA® Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate "ATH rewards’’ that can be redeemed for ATH Vodka® Rewards benefits ("Rewards") at participating ATH Vodka® venues and companies.

JOINING ATH VODKA® REWARDS

To join ATH VODKA® Rewards go to the ATH VODKA® UK mobile app (for Android™ or iPhone^® device) (“App”) and follow the prompts to create an account. You will not be required to enter any personal information to set up an account.

When you join ATH VODKA® Rewards, you are automatically provided with a digital membership barcode. You can add funds to your digital ATH Vodka® account through the App.

All ATH Vodka® digital accounts, are subject to the ATH Vodka® Terms & Conditions which are incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Information on ATH Vodka® data protection practices and ATH Vodka® Privacy Policy is available on this Website.

Earning Rewards

The Rewards that are available to you through ATH Vodka® Rewards are based on the number digital rewards that you earn. You can earn Digital rewards by making purchases at participating stores stocking ATH Vodka® in the UK using the ATH Vodka® UK app only.

• Promotional Bonus Digital rewards Offers. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn additional "Bonus Digital rewards" through special promotions. These promotional Bonus Digital rewards will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer.

Note: Digital rewards will be calculated and awarded to two decimal places (“Digital rewardsdust”) to ensure that the full value of your transaction is recognized and credited to your ATH Vodka® Rewards account.

• There is no upper limit on the number of Digital rewards that you can accrue. However, ATH Vodka® reserves the right in its absolute discretion to impose a cap on Digital rewards accrual should it deem it necessary.
• You can view your full and current Digital rewards balance to two decimal places by logging into your ATH Vodka® account on the app. The full balance, to two decimal places, will be tracked and accounted for on your Rewards screen in the ATH Vodka® UK® app (known as 'ATH by TIDEFI').

DIGITAL REWARDS EXPIRATION

Unless otherwise noted, Digital rewards are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and each Digital rewards has an individual expiration date of two (2) years from the date awarded to your ATH Vodka® account. If a Digital rewards is not exchanged for a designated programme benefit within two (2) years of its award, the Digital rewards will automatically expire and will be deducted from your account on the date of expiration. Where you redeem a Digital rewards(s) as part of a programme benefit, ATH Vodka® will automatically redeem and deduct such Digital rewards(s) from your ATH Vodka® account by using the Digital rewards(s) with the shortest period left until expiration first. ATH Vodka® reserves the right at any time to adjust your Digital rewards balance where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

EXCLUSIONS TO EARNING & REDEEMING DIGITAL REWARDS; PARTICIPATING VENUES ONLY

Members registered in the UK and Republic of Ireland will only be able to redeem Digital rewards in participating venues in the UK or Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, not all venues have the ability to honour Rewards or Digital rewards Redemption at this time. Please check the events section in the app to find venues that accept relevant rewards.

ATH VODKA® REWARDS PROGRAMME

There are three levels of benefits in ATH VODKA® Rewards depending on the number of Digital rewards that you accumulate in your account. By creating an account and making your first deposit, you will be automatically enrolled in ATH Vodka® Rewards at Silver  Level. Earn or purchase a minimum of five thousand (5,000) Digital rewards following your enrolment date and you will proceed to Gold Level. To proceed to Highlife level you will need to earn or purchase a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) Digital rewards.

To maintain Gold Level benefits, you must maintain a minimum of five thousand (5,000) digital rewards in your account.

To maintain Highlife Level benefits, you must maintain a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) digital rewards in your account.

SILVER LEVEL

Opening an account and making your first deposit enters you into “Silver Level” of ATH VODKA® Rewards and entitles you to receive:

Once you have entered Silver Level one hundred Digital rewards (100), you will have the option of redeeming those Digital rewards for a 5% discount code for all online purchases at ATHVodka.com. You will continue to accrue Digital rewards with each purchase until you choose to exchange your Digital rewards for an Event listed in the app.

NEWS AND OFFERS

ATH Vodka® may offer ATH VODKA® Rewards members early or extended access to special events or discounts at participating venues. You may take part in these offers by paying with a ATH Vodka® app registered to your account or scanning the member barcode in the App prior to your purchase.

ATH Vodka® may offer Bonus Digital rewards promotions, where you can earn additional Digital rewards for your purchase. ATH Vodka® will notify you of a designated Bonus Digital rewards promotion. ATH Vodka® reserves the right to exclude certain products and merchandise from Bonus Digital rewards eligibility and to modify the Bonus Digital rewards benefit.

Exclusive Offers, Announcements, Promotions and the newest products will be distributed in the app.

GOLD LEVEL

When you have earned a minimum of five thousand (5,000) Digital rewards your account will be upgraded to “Gold Level”. At Gold Level you will receive the following benefits on your account:

• All Silver Level benefits (as listed above)
  • 17% off all online purchases at ATHVodka.com
  • Priority access to special events only available to Gold members

HIGHLIFE LEVEL

When you have earned a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) Digital rewards your account will be upgraded to “Highlife Level”. At Highlife Level you will receive the following benefits on your account:

• All Silver Level benefits (as listed above)
  • 25% off all online purchases at ATHVodka.com
  • Priority access to special events only available to Highlife members.
• Unique experiences and prizes only available and visible to Highlife members

MISCELLANEOUS

There are no membership fees associated with ATH VODKA® Rewards. Digital rewards or coupons accumulated under the programme cannot be redeemed for cash in the app.

Your Digital rewards, benefits, and your account under the ATH VODKA® Rewards programme are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) ATH VODKA® Rewards account that is personal to you.

ATH VODKA® Rewards benefits are available at participating venues in the UK and are subject to change. ATH Vodka® reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in ATH VODKA® Rewards if ATH Vodka® believes that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Without notice to you, ATH Vodka® also reserves the right to "unregister" and make ineligible for ATH VODKA® or account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no Digital rewards earned during such two (2) consecutive year period. In the event that your ATH Vodka® Card or account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued Digital rewards in your account are void.

ATH Vodka® reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel ATH VODKA® Rewards or any part of the ATH VODKA® Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you. All purchases of rewards are final.

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your access to or participation in ATH VODKA® Rewards will be governed by the laws of England.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
